Girls comin to town!

I forgot to mention Ray and Claire are coming tomorrow!!! It will be so fun to see them, and hopefully all of us girls will be able to get together this weekend, Dustin leaves for South America tuesday night, he is such a free spirit, and sometimes I wish I could be like him and just take off and travel, but I have to get back to reality and my full time job, so maybe someday....

In with the In-Laws!!!

So It has officially been two weeks since we have been living with Devin's fam, it really hasn't been to bad, it quite nice actually... Dinner is ready when I get home from work, I haven't had to do all the house work (I'm not a total mooch I have been helping with dishes and keeping stuff clean), haven't had to do any grocery shopping, no utilities, no rent, we have our own little space upstairs with bathroom, Dev calls it our "Little Love Shack" ha ha. I do miss having our own house so as soon as everything gets settled with the duplex we are going to start looking for a home!!! I am really excited to find something that we will love, and to decorate, and paint, (Janell I'm going to need your help :) but not looking forward to the move. Some how we accumulated a trailer, two truck, and two car loads worth of stuff, and only about 5 boxes, so we are about out of trash bags, and stuff is still stuffed into places I'm not sure of... Despite all that we are still having so much fun doing it all together. For Valentines we went to dinner with a few friends, then hit up "Taken" I really liked, that guy just kicks everyones butt, no questions asked. By the end of that movie I wanted to work for the government so I could get all the training, then just spend the rest of my life beating bad guys up. But by the end of the drive I decided my family was more important so I would put my efforts towards that. Then Saturday we went snowboarding with Dev's brother and a girl, we went up to fairview, which is the first place I ever learned, thanks to Ray and Nikki B I still have some hard feelings against that place... I hadn't been for a few years, and it deffidently showed, I thought I would be able to pick it up again, but I ate it almost as much as my first time... So unfortanatley I didn't impress dev like I was planing... After one that we went over the the Bowrings and just hung out and watched the slam dunk and relay contests, it was pretty entertaining. He got me a little wood thing that says "life is good" he says its for whenever I get stressed, so I will remember that and be ok. He also got me a vanilla cinnamon candle that smells amazing! So not exactly candles and roses, but Devin did a great job for our first married valentines! I better go cause it's long enough, I will try to keep it updated!

I'm back in the game!

So I admit I am officially a slacker... three months goes by really fast! So the past three months have been a lot of fun, Christmas went good, we spent Christmas Eve with the all the Jone's (I don't even know the proper way to write that...) then Christmas morning with my family at Janell's in West Jordan, it was so good to see everyone! My birthday was great too, I want everyone who forgot to feel guilty if they didn't call. But Devin did a great job, he took me to Tepanyaki then shopping, and got me some really cute gifts! New years was fun too, I can tell I'm getting old though when I'm ready to crash at 11:30... Devin graduated Yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! we are both so excited and it has been great having him done with school, no more homework or night classes. So now he is still working for his dad and currently looking for a job doing with his major. I'm still working for Aspen Dermatology, I like it a lot and plan on being there for a little while. Devins dad found renters for our house so we have to move :( which we are happy for him but we have to go. We are lucky to have stayed in it as long as we have... This week we will be moving, and we are currently looking for a home to buy, its a great time and we need somewhere to live, so it will be an exciting change for us. Anyways, thats about all thats going on now... somebody feel free to write back so I get motivated to keep this updated!

Happy Halloween!

These are our pumkins! We carved them a little too early, so now they are already getting moldy and sunkin in, but I really felt like carving them that day, so I did. And how cute is that baby one?! I love Halloween, it's such a fun time of year! So what is everyone dressing up as? I need some suggestions, so if anyone has any good idea's let me know!

I'm Updateing it!

Well this is my second post! Things are still going good, Dev has night class, so tonight I filled my time by going on a bike ride, I want to tone up, and I want to get in all the outdoor stuff I can before it gets too cold! Supposively it's suppose to snow tomorrow :( I'm not ready for it, fall needs to last longer! I love this time of year, it's all crispy outside, and it smells like faint smoke or something, I can't quite describe it, but I love it. And you get to bust out all your sweaters and cute jackets... Which I need some, everytime I get mine out it's a reminder of how long I've had them, I think I still have some from like my freshmen year of high school... but I am proud to say they still fit! But I deffidently need an woredrobe update. For some reason fall also makes me want to do craft stuff, so I have been painting these little two by fours Devin cut for me, cause I need more decorations, so I'm making ones that say Trick or Treat, BOO, and one for christmas thats gonna say "Let it snow" nothing too hard core, but it keeps me busy, and makes me miss my mom, we used to do them together when I was younger, she has all the stuff for crafts... anyways, that's what I have been up too, so if anyone has any other easy craft suggestions let me know, because the rifle hunt, and snowmobiling season is coming up, so I'm gonna have a lot of free indoor time!
